Aberfoyle to Callander
Approximate distance: 11 miles

From the eastern end of town the A821 heads towards Braeval where the A81 heads east to Port of Menteith. From here a ferry can be taken to Inchmahome on the Lake of Menteith.

The A81 continues east and then heads north, passing Loch Rusky, to Callander. Just before crossing the River Teith the minor Invertrossachs Road heads west towards Loch Venachar. Just before reaching the loch it joins the A821, opposite Dunmore Fort.
