On my internet travels I've recently come across a site with funny places names and one such name was.........Lord Berkeley's Knob, Sutherland!
I can only assume its a hill or mountain. Can anyone shed some light in this subject lol!

It might offend Lord Berkeley as I think the hill is actually known as Lord Berkeley's Seat... its the name of one of the peaks on An Teallach (NH 063 834)! As well as some of the sites that mention it by the name you gave us Colin, its also mentioned by The Angry Corry (TAC 28)... tho it is interesting to note they also mention a hill by the name of Lord Hereford's Knob (SO 224 350)!

One strangely named hill in Scotland that has been mentioned before is Bod an Deamhain, The Devil's Penis (NN 976 951) although it is marked on the map as The Devil's Point... seemingly John Brown used the latter when asked by Queen Victoria to translate the Gaelic!
