St. Monans

St, Monans, or Monance, is the smallest of the fishing villages in the East Neuk of Fife.

Following the Fife Coastal Path, southwest from the town heading towards Elie, leads to the remains of Newark Castle and, continuing southwest, Ardross Castle.

The parish church was built by David II.
